Ideal Jacobs specializes in custom die-cut graphic overlays, screen printed onto durable polycarbonate and polyester materials available in a variety of finishes. Overlays can be produced with LED windows, EMI shielding and embossing as well as many other custom engineering characteristics. We also have years of experience designing and producing Braille labels for ATMs.

Adhesive finishing solutions are available for almost any application. UL and CSA approved materials are stocked to fit your product requirements.

We regularly stock all parts after the first production. This gives us the capability to ship rush orders if the need arises. Our customers are not responsible for inventory until it is ordered.

Our Graphic Design Department can help you design a custom overlay for your application, and we can work with your engineering drawings to ensure a custom fit. We can work with the following common file types:
